While counseling our relocation client’s, we provide relevant area & market information. These tools and resources enable our client’s to make sound decisions relating to their investment. We accomplish this by using the knowledge and experience gleaned from 18+ years of relocation experience.
In the years of working with relocation clients, we have developed strong partnerships with a number of leading relocation (3rd party) companies, in addition to, teaming directly with local fortune 500 corporations.
Relocation usually consists of managing interstate moves (state to state). Nonetheless, we also support intrastate relocation (city to city here in Minnesota), as well as, families moving internationally. – helping with everything from accompanying you to the State Agencies who provide Visas, driver’s licenses, name changes, and other formal logistics relating to your move.
Relocation Process
Introduction – normally done by phone and followed up in an e-mail. We ask qualifying questions and dialog with you to gather as much information as possible. This exercise helps to ensure a productive start to the process so that we may make the best use of your time when you arrive.
Information gathered includes, but is not limited to:
- Family
- Educational needs for children
- Location of employment/distance of commute
- The investment you want to make
- Hobbies and life style
This information is then collated and analyzed to help you narrow your decision in finding an area that best suites the needs of you and your family. This process is supported by providing you with a straightforward detailed questionnaire. In turn, this questionnaire is used as a basis to determine what your most important goals and objectives are in making a move to a new city.
Services
- Schedule showings on homes you have chosen from MLS listings we have previously provided to you via e-mail
- Preview homes prior to your arrival, upon request
- Greet you at the airport
- Tour the city or cities of interest to you
- Arrange appointments at schools, upon request
- If you desire, we will transfer you back to the airport following your introduction to the Twin Cities Area and house hunting
